Become a Saathi
Be the reason someone feels heard
A Saathi is someone who listens with empathy, patience, and care. At Ek Rupiya Ek Saathi, Saathis play a vital role in supporting individuals who need a safe space to talk and feel understood.
You don’t need to have all the answers — you just need the willingness to listen.
What Does a Saathi Do?
As a Saathi, you provide:
-
Compassionate and non-judgmental listening
-
Emotional support in a safe and respectful manner
-
A calm presence during difficult conversations
Saathis do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. The focus is on listening and gentle guidance.
